Van Ho roasts robusta, arabica, and Vietnamese-style blends small-batch; we grind for phin, drip, or espresso; and we ship or deliver across the Bay.

Vietnamese coffee is a traditional brewing style built on robusta beans (sometimes with arabica blended in), roasted dark, ground for a phin dripper or pulled as espresso, and served over sweetened condensed milk — hot or over ice. It's higher in caffeine and heavier in body than a typical American cafe cup, and it's the backbone of Vietnamese cafe menus worldwide.

All three. Our Vietnamese Cafe Blend is a robusta-arabica blend roasted dark for restaurant service. Our Vietnamese Robusta is straight-variety robusta for the traditional heavy-body cup. We also roast custom Vietnamese-style blends for specific bars on request.
Yes. We can grind any of our Vietnamese roasts for phin service, drip, or espresso, and bag to order. Most of our pho customers run phin-grind for table service plus an espresso grind for the bar.
We offer organic options. If you need certified-organic Vietnamese-style coffee — for a menu, certification, or customer preference — call Van and we'll put together a roast that works. We sell organic and regular, not just one or the other.
Flexible. We work with small pho shops starting around 10–20 lbs a week and with multi-location restaurant groups running hundreds of pounds weekly. Call Van — we'll size the order and cadence to your service.
Yes — across the full Bay Area. Van delivers personally most days to San Francisco, Oakland, Berkeley, Concord, Pittsburg, Walnut Creek, Hayward, and San Jose, and we ship anywhere nationwide. If you're in the Bay, we can be on your shelf this week.
