For pho kitchens and Vietnamese cafes
A dark-roast Vietnamese-style blend built for phin drippers and espresso machines alike. Bold body, chocolatey finish, holds up under sweetened condensed milk. The blend most of our pho and banh mi customers land on.
Traditional robusta punch
Single-variety robusta roasted dark. Higher caffeine, lower acidity, thick crema on espresso. For customers who want the traditional Vietnamese coffee intensity.
The bar workhorse
Medium-dark blend dialed in for commercial espresso bars. Balanced sweetness, caramelized sugar finish, pulls clean shots under varied technique. Most of our cafe customers run this as their house.
Everyday drip
A medium-roast drip blend built for all-day service. Smooth, clean, approachable — the kind of coffee a restaurant pours by the carafe without anyone complaining.
Certified organic, rotating origin
A rotating certified-organic single-origin for cafes that need an organic bean on the menu. Medium roast, full transparency on origin each rotation — call for the current lot.
Organic, drop-in for house coffee
Certified organic blend built for restaurants that want organic without changing their brew recipe. Drop-in for most house-coffee programs.
Specialty lot, rotating
A light-roast single origin on rotation for specialty cafes. Seasonal crops, transparent lot info, tasting notes per rotation.
Real-body decaf, no thin cup
Swiss-water-process decaf roasted medium-dark so the cup still has body. For restaurants that want decaf on the menu without apologizing for it.
