Vietnamese coffee is our heritage. But we roast everything a Bay Area bar actually needs: espresso, house blends, single origins, organic, decaf — and if you’re curious about a bean we haven’t listed, just ask Van.

We roast small-batch organic and regular coffee for restaurants, cafes, pho kitchens, and offices across the Bay. For commercial espresso equipment, we connect customers with our trusted Bay Area equipment partner — sourcing, install, and service all run through them.
Everything Bay Area kitchens actually order: Vietnamese blends and robusta, house espresso, drip and batch-brew blends, organic single origins, decaf, and custom roasts dialed in for specific bars. If you're curious about a bean or origin we haven't listed, call Van — he'll roast it.
Yes — Vietnamese coffee is a core part of what we do. Van is Vietnamese-American and has been roasting for Bay Area pho restaurants and Vietnamese-American cafes since 1995. We carry Vietnamese cafe blends, straight robusta, and custom grinds for phin drippers.
Yes. We roast certified-organic single origins and an organic house blend. If your menu or certification requires organic beans, we have you covered. Regular beans too — we carry both.
Bay Area first. Van handles most deliveries himself around San Francisco, Oakland, Berkeley, Concord, Pittsburg, Walnut Creek, Hayward, San Jose, the Peninsula, and Marin. Anywhere else, we ship. Call to work out what fits your service.
Flexible. We work with small cafes buying 10–20 lbs a week and with multi-location restaurant groups. There's no single posted minimum — call Van and we'll set a schedule that fits your volume and cash flow.
Call Van at (415) 658-1864 or send a wholesale inquiry. We'll send a sample bag, talk through your current setup, match or dial in a blend for your bar, and build a delivery cadence that doesn't interrupt your service. Switching is easier than operators expect.
